Abstract: Alcoholic liver injury is a disease that causes significant harm to the human body and is difficult to cure. Long - term heavy drinking and alcoholism can lead to alcoholic liver injury, triggering physical and mental related diseases, such as liver diseases, pancreatitis, dementia, and various types of cancer. Pueraria lobata and Hovenia dulcis have remarkable effects in combating alcoholic liver injury, and their action mechanisms are diverse. Their extracts can reduce ethanol - induced in vitro liver injury and play a key role in antioxidation, anti - inflammation, regulating cell apoptosis, and enhancing liver function, providing strong support for the prevention and treatment of alcoholic liver diseases. The Application of Shear Wave Elastography in Clinical Practice

Abstract: Shear wave elastography (SWE) is a novel type of ultrasound elastography technology that has emerged in recent years. It quantitatively measures the elastic modulus of tissues (represented by Young's modulus values) by detecting the propagation speed of shear waves generated in tissues under the action of acoustic radiation force. SWE technology objectively reflects the hardness characteristics of tissues as an non-invasive and highly repeatable ultrasound examination method. It has significant advantages such as quantitative measurement, simple operation, and real-time dynamic imaging. As a result, it provides an important imaging evaluation tool for the early diagnosis of clinical diseases, pathological staging, and dynamic monitoring of treatment effects. With the continuous development of ultrasound technology and in-depth exploration of clinical applications, SWE technology has shown broad application prospects and important clinical value in multiple medical fields. This article systematically reviews the development history of ultrasound elastography technology, and focuses on elaborating the basic principles of SWE technology and its application status in clinical practice. Findings reveal: High cognitive-load tasks (e.g., strategy games) significantly increase β and γ wave activity and delay post-task neural recovery. Social tasks elevate θ wave activity, indicating heightened emotional involvement. Video watching induces α wave enhancement, reflecting a more relaxed mental state. Significant differences in EEG frequency bands were observed across task types, though no strong correlation was found with Internet Addiction Test (IAT) scores. Proposed Enhancement Plan Towards Quality Health Care and Patient Satisfaction in the Colposcopy Clinic

Abstract: Objective: To assess the correlation between the quality of care in colposcopy clinics and patient satisfaction, and to explore personalized optimization paths based on demographic characteristics. Methods: A cross-sectional study design was employed to conduct a multidimensional assessment of 392 patients. Demographic characteristics were analyzed using descriptive quantitative research methods (primarily married, highly educated women aged 30-39, with a hospital stay of 3-5 days), and a structured quality evaluation was conducted across five quality dimensions (equipment resources, treatment processes, infrastructure, doctor-patient interaction, and environmental comfort). Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression models were used to explore the relationship between quality indicators and satisfaction. Results: The overall patient satisfaction rate was 87%, with the highest recognition for professional competence of medical staff (91%) and process transparency (89%). Satisfaction among patients under 35 years old was significantly lower than that of those aged 35 and above (68.2% vs 92.7%, p<0.01), and satisfaction among those with a bachelor's degree or higher was significantly lower than that of the lower education group (76.5% vs 88.2%, p=0.03). Patients receiving personalized discharge guidance reported significantly higher satisfaction than those who did not (94.1% vs 73.3%, OR=2.3, 95%CI 1.7-3.1). Scores for the five dimensions of nursing quality (4.2-4.5/5) were strongly positively correlated with satisfaction (r=0.78, p<0.001). Conclusion: This study validated the predictive effectiveness of a structured quality evaluation system on patient satisfaction (explaining 83% of the variance) and confirmed the critical role of personalized services in gynecological care.
