There is influence on Self-control from Restrained Eating

Abstract: The purpose of this experiment was to explore the self-control ability of subjects in restrictive diet. The collocation scores of subjects in daily eating were measured by test, and the data were analyzed by SPSS statistical method. Based on reviewing the previous studies, this paper carries out experiments, pointing out that the self-control ability of different types of food eaters can be studied from the perspective of picture stimulation food temptation. Through horizontal comparison, the influence of weight loss psychology on personal control can be proved finally. It is hoped that we can find out the problems and provide reference information for solving the problem of obesity and losing weight. Read More

Development and Reliability-Validity Testing of a Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior (KAB)-Based Scale for University Students' Academic Use of AI Tools

Abstract: To develop and validate a scale for assessing the knowledge and behaviors related to academic use norms of AI tools among university students, focusing on reliability and validity. Grounded in the Knowledge-Attitude-Behavior (KAB) theory, a pool of scale items was constructed through a review of the literature, semi-structured interviews, and Delphi expert consultations. A pilot test was conducted with 140 undergraduate nursing students from a certain university in China, employing item analysis and exploratory factor analysis to refine the scale items. A formal assessment was then conducted with 220 nursing undergraduates who had used generative AI tools for at least three months. Reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed using SPSS and AMOS. The scale consists of 2 subscales, 3 dimensions, and 14 items. Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors, with a cumulative variance explanation of 70.878%. The Cronbach's α coefficients for the subscales were 0.925 and 0.855, respectively, while the split-half reliability coefficients were 0.891 and 0.860. The fit indices for the confirmatory factor model were as follows: χ2/df=2.978, GFI=0.859, PGFI=0.606, RMSEA=0.098, RMR=0.048, CFI=0.920, and PCFI=0.748. Additionally, the biological behaviors of Luminal and HER2-enriched subtypes are discussed, along with the latest research advancements in precision medicine tailored to these subtypes. By integrating multi-omics data, this work uncovers the heterogeneity within HER2 subtypes and identifies new therapeutic targets, offering critical insights for personalized breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. The paper also reviews the most recent developments in surgery, endocrine therapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy, highlighting their roles in improving patient outcomes. Moreover, it explores the potential of metabolic reprogramming and targeted therapies as innovative strategies to further enhance prognosis. Optimization of Polishing Process of Ceramic Hip Joint Ball Spreading Method

Abstract: This study takes the precision polishing process of small-diameter zirconia ceramic hip balls as the research object and focuses on exploring the mechanism of the abrasive particle movement trajectory on the surface quality. By establishing the three-dimensional motion trajectory model of the abrasive grains and the analytical model of the velocity field, based on the MATLAB numerical simulation platform, the influence laws of key parameters such as the initial position of the abrasive tool, the radius of the abrasive tool, the rotational speed ratio and the swing speed on the distribution characteristics of the abrasive grains were systematically analyzed, and the quantitative mapping relationship between the motion characteristic parameters of the abrasive grains and the surface roughness was constructed. On this basis, a surface quality control method based on multi-parameter collaborative optimization was proposed. The experimental verification results show that the polishing process parameters and system structure parameters significantly regulate the uniformity of material removal by influencing the spatial distribution characteristics of the abrasive particle movement trajectory. Application and Mechanism of GLP-1 Receptor Agonists in the Treatment of Obesity Complicated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: Obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) are the main metabolic diseases in the world, and they are closely related in pathogenesis. Obesity can induce insulin resistance and chronic inflammation, while T2DM is often accompanied by abnormal distribution of body fat, which further aggravates metabolic disorder. Traditional treatment methods have some problems, such as hypoglycemia risk, weight gain and limited long-term curative effect. Therefore, the development of new hypoglycemic and weight-reducing drugs has become a clinical demand. GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs), as a new generation of hypoglycemic drugs, has become a breakthrough in the treatment of obesity complicated with T2DM with its unique glucose-dependent hypoglycemic mechanism, significant weight loss effect and potential cardiovascular protection. By activating GLP-1 receptors, GLP-1 RAs enhance insulin secretion, suppress glucagon release, delay gastric emptying, and inhibit appetite, thereby improving glycemic control and reducing energy intake. Multiple clinical trials have confirmed that GLP-1 RAs can significantly lower glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels, reduce body weight by 5%-15%, and decrease the risk of cardiovascular events by 13%-26%. However, their mechanism of action has not been fully elucidated, and differences in efficacy and long-term safety still require further investigation. Development and Validation of a Frailty Index for Ischemic Stroke Patients

Abstract: This study aimed to develop and validate a frailty index (FI) tailored to ischemic stroke patients based on the cumulative deficit model. Using data from 537 patients, 34 health-related variables were initially selected through literature review. A series of statistical methods, including correlation analysis, critical ratio method, homogeneity testing, and factor analysis, were applied to screen variables. 31 variables covering physical, psychological, and cognitive domains were retained. The final FI showed good internal consistency (Cronbach’s α = 0.879), construct validity, and moderate criterion validity with the Fried’s frailty phenotype (FP) (r = 0.504, P < 0.001). These findings support the FI as a reliable and valid tool for assessing frailty in ischemic stroke patients, offering a multidimensional and sensitive measure suitable for clinical practice and long-term monitoring.
